Website and catalogue
IP addresses and technical request data are processed for delivery and security (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Supabase supplies the public catalogue; the respective servers receive technical request data when catalogue data and images load.
Contact and retention
Email enquiries contain the contact details and messages you provide. We use them to handle your request (GDPR Article 6(1)(b) or (f)). Data are retained as needed for handling, security or legal obligations. App account data are part of the app’s processing.
Your rights
Subject to legal conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Consent can be withdrawn prospectively. Requests are generally answered within one month. You may complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority or another competent supervisory authority.
